In order to be an authorized and active affiliate of CashAssociate, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the CashAssociate service as an affiliate. By signing up for the CashAssociate affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. - CashAssociate shall not be held liable from any legal actions, liabilities or damages that result from the actions and activities of our affiliates. CashAssociate shall not be held liable for any cases of loss of revenue, time, clientele or technical failure or loss of data that arises from or relates to any part of this contract or the functions of the CashAssociate affiliate program. - All affiliates of the CashAssociate affiliate program agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy regarding the usage of all personal contact information submitted to CashAssociate. - CashAssociate reserves the right to change any and all product pricing plans, commission structures or other conditions relative to this affiliate agreement. CashAssociate retains the right to terminate any affiliate account with or without cause at the sole discretion of CashAssociate with or without notice. - CashAssociate does not intend to accept registration forms from minors. The information and services used by our affiliates, sponsors, and advertisers to promote CashAssociate products are not intended to be viewed by minors. No part of CashAssociate.com and its subsidiary companies websites are structured to attract anyone under the age of 18. - Any sales generated through the CashAssociate affiliate marketing program must be approved by an account administrator prior to being credited to your affiliate account. Orders are subject to fraud review to ensure the protection of CashAssociate and its partners and affiliates. Orders that are the subject of a fraud review will only be credited to an affiliate account upon successful completion of the fraud review. - It is the full responsibility of the affiliate to market all CashAssociate websites and products in a legal, ethical and positive way. CashAssociate does not allow unsolicited mass email campaigns (SPAM) for the promotion of its products and services. Any promotional campaigns involving bulk mail must conform to the CAN-SPAM act and be approved by an account administrator beforehand. - All product images, banners and advertising materials provided by CashAssociate are only for use with CashAssociate websites and services. Any unauthorized use of CashAssociate images, banners and advertising materials to promote other interests or businesses may result in account termination without payment. - Affiliates may not use any official site URLs as the display URL when advertising CashAssociate products or services. Your domain name may not contain any of our registered trademarks and/or present itself as the official site or use official signs such as ™/ ®. - In reference to second tier or "downline" webmaster referrals you may not refer yourself or your company under your own existing account. Blatant disregard for this policy can result in the termination of all existing accounts without payment. - Any attempts to defraud CashAssociate or any of its affiliates in any way will result in account termination without payment.
