Payment & Revenue

General Payment

CashAssociate.com payments are made on a pay per sale basis at 50% commission on the retail price of all our products including X4 Labs Products, EuroExtender, and Sinrex Male Enhancement Pills. Second Tier sales and commissions are 10%. You will receive commission on every sale generated through your unique affiliate code. CashAssociate.com also offers 50% commission on all return customers and spare parts sales. All commissions exclude costs of shipping and handling. 

The minimum payout amount is $300.00. For new affiliates (first disbursement), the following criteria must be met in order to receive your commission. Payout amount must exceed $300.00. Commissions must come from a minimum of 4 sales before payment is disbursed. Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of every month through check, wire transfer, PayPal, or ePassporte depending on user preference. Overnight delivery of checks are available for an additional fee that will be deducted from payouts at our discretion. Payouts may be held for security purposes when deemed necessary by CashAssociate.com.

International Payment

Webmasters residing outside of North-America may receive payments through our online services as well as through UPS or Wire Transfer. Any fees that may be incurred during this process are the responsibility of associates.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any fraudulent transactions or purchases that are deemed to be a result of a webmasters activities may result in account termination, loss of any generated revenues and/or prosecution as applicable by law.

Stats

All stats at CashAssociate.com are deleted bi-weekly, on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Account Restrictions

CashAssociate.com permits only one account per webmaster and website. 

Spam & Illegal Content

Spam through E-Mail & Instant Messaging

Any form of spam, as defined by the Can-Spam Act of 2003, is strictly prohibited. Sending marketing information to e-mail addresses who have not requested this information is in direct conflict with CashAssociate.com's terms of service. Participating in similar behavior to instant messaging clients (i.e. Windows Live Messenger, ICQ, AIM, IRC etc.) will result in the immediate termination of accounts and absorption of all funds.

Websites Deemed To Include Illegal Content

Placing marketing information and sending hits to our subsidiary sites from URLs that contain and/or promote illegal content will result in the automatic termination of a users account. Illegal content is defined as websites participating in practices related to: child-pornography, bestiality, spam and other illegal material.

Rights of CashAssociate.com

Force Majeure

CashAssociate.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to failure of systems. If losses are to occur CashAssociate.com will provide credit at its own discretion.

Account Termination

CashAssociate.com prohibits the use of keywords, search terms, and domain names that contain any variations of our Trademarks, such as "Sinrex", "X4 Labs", “Euro Extender” or any other of our affiliate programs for use in search engines, portals, sponsored advertising services, or other search and referral services. If you send visitors from any site we consider an unacceptable traffic source, your account will be canceled, and any monies owed to you will be forfeited.

CashAssociate.com reserves the right to terminate an account with notification and affiliates will be paid for all accumulated revenues up to that point in time. If an account is terminated as a result of an affiliate violating the terms of service, accounts will be terminated without payment. Accounts can also be terminated after three months as a result of inactivity as a result of administrative maintenance.

Payout Commissions

CashAssociate.com may change payout commissions with notice and will only do so five days after notifying all affiliates.
